Up to 30 y.o., incomplete degree in technical science. Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, the ORACLE transaction model. Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in developing on ORACLE. Degree in technical science, knowledge in Developer2000 (Forms5.0, Reports3.0), ORACLE RDBMSv.8.0, basics of accounting, billing systems, good command of technical English are an advantage.
